Armstatehydromet (ASH) and Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate
(NVE). A numerical simulation with Hec-Ras on the failure of Aparan Dam was
carried out for two scenarios. The simulated results showed a peak discharge of
respectively 625 m3/s and 4350 m³/s. The travel time of the flood wave from the
