| Innhold: | The article “Responding to Reticence in Investigative Interviews of Alleged Victims with a Mental Illness: Maintaining Rapport” by Tone Hee Åker, Patrick Risan and Rebecca Milne published in Nordic Journal of Studies in Policing, 10(01), pp. 1–11, is hereby retracted.
Following the publication of the article, the journal received a complaint regarding the legal basis for the studyʼs data management. NJSP has examined the complaint and retracted the article in accordance with the retraction guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The grounds for the retraction is that the authors were not licensed by the Norwegian Data Protection Authority to use the data.
The article has been retracted at the request of the first author, the first authorʼs institution, Høgskolen på Vestlandet, and the Editor-in-Chief of NJSP, Professor Linda Hoel. |
