What happened in Norway after the atrocities of July 22, 2011 is described as a long process of restoration. Not only of the victims, but also of the social system itself. Roses, not hatred dominated the first days after the occurrences. In the la-ter court-case, the victims were given exceptional attention. Attempts to exter-nalize the offender – create a picture of him as an insane evil monster – collap-sed. He is one of us. |
