| Innhold: | Peter Montagnon was one of the best known profiles in the UK corporate governance debate. For 20 years he was a journalist at the Financial Times, and since then he was a senior investment adviser at the British Financial Reporting Council and director of investment affairs at the Association of British Insurers. Peter Montagnon was associate director at the Institute of Business Ethics. Peter passed away on June 25 2019. Only a few weeks before he passed away, Peter Montagnon visited the Swedish Corporate Governance Forum1 where he gave a much appreciated address. He also sent the Forum an edited version of his speaking notes, which he encouraged us to share with a wider public. We are pleased to feature these notes in NTS, together with a tribute provided by Peter’s
friend and former colleague John Plender, Senior Editorial Columnist at the Financial Times. |
