To celebrate the anniversary, a conference was held in Copenhagen on October 4, where some 70 participants – academics, regulators and practitioners from all of the Nordic countries – met under festive circumstances to discuss the Nordic cooperation on the implementation of the EU Company law. During the conference, professor Paul Krüger Andersen’s hard work of establishing the journal was also commemorated. This report documents the conference overarching discussions. In addition, four articles in this issue of NTS are adaptions of presentations made at the conference, namely Rolf Skog’s speaking notes on "Nordic legislative collaboration in the area of company law – then and now", Jesper Lau Hansen’s Danish article on the challenges to Nordic company law arising from EU haromonisation , Dan Moalem’s Danish article on delisting and minority protection and Andri Fannar Bergþórsson’s article on "The EEA and Nordic Company Law".
