That is, a license is required as well as liability insurance in order to carry out cadastral work, and the licensed chartered surveyor has to follow a professional code of conduct as well as competence requirements. The background for these requirements is that in cadastral cases, building construction positioning, and condominium cases, the licensed surveyors are responsible for declaring and guaranteeing compliances with various rules and rights.
