Artikkelen gir en deskriptiv fremstilling av bruken av tiltaksjordskifte, basert på krav og rettsavgjørelser i perioden 1999–2020. Artikkelen viser omfanget av saker samt hvor og når sakene er krevd, hvem som har krevd sakene, og hvilke tiltak de er krevd på bakgrunn av. Artikkelen gir også et bilde av rekvirentenes begrunnelser for sakene. Artikkelen drøfter i forbindelse med dette hvilke saker som kan forstås som tiltaksjordskifte, hvem som har kravkompetanse, og hvilke tiltak det kan kreves sak på bakgrunn av. Artikkelen viser at tiltaksjordskifte i størst grad er benyttet i forbindelse med utbygging av samferdselstiltak, og at det hovedsakelig er Statens vegvesen som er rekvirent i disse sakene.

Abstract
This article provides a descriptive presentation of project-related land consolidation based on applications and rulings in the period 1999–2020. The article shows the scope of cases, as well as where and when the cases were requested, who requisitioned the cases, and for which projects they were requisitioned. The article also provides a picture of the requisitioner’s justifications for the cases. In connection with this, the article discusses which cases can be understood as project-related land consolidation, who is entitled to request a case, and for which projects a case can be requested. The article shows that project-related land consolidation has been used to the greatest extent in connection with the development of public transport projects, and that it is mainly the Norwegian Public Roads Administration that is the requisitioner in these cases.
